They are completely sealed and protected from water and any non-abrasive household chemicals, durable to be cleaned with common household cleaning products. The sealer is baked on and will last for the product's lifetime. Protected with scratch resistant sealer that is durable enough for a floor application, but we do not recommend floor installation without additional coatings. Murals are shipped unassembled. Each tile is numbered on the back starting in the upper left corner. Shipping and Return All the products will be shipped within 5 business days from the time order is placed. We ship orders UPS ground. In case tiles become damaged during shipping or there is manufacturing defect in certain tiles, we will replace those tiles at our cost. Please contact us describing the problem, and let us know which tiles need to be replaced. Use the numbering system in the back of the tiles when asking for replacements. We reserve the right to request digital photo of the damaged package or product. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days after receiving your shipment for a full refund minus shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.
