Shipping and Returns

All the products will be shipped within 5 business days from the time order is placed. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We ship orders UPS ground and USPS.

No returns (Custom made) unless tiles become damaged during shipping or there is manufacturing defect we will replace the tile at our cost.
